How to Book

By Email

Download our Booking Form to your computer and open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Complete the form and save it again, then email it back to us. It is important to open the form in Adobe Acrobat Reader and not your browser. Any problems, just email us and we will email you the pdf form by return.

By Telephone

Call us to pencil in a booking, or with any queries. We can either take your booking over the phone or we’ll hold it for you for seven working days. If we’re busy, leave a message and we’ll call you back.

We’ll then complete the Booking form with you over the phone. We’ll email it to you for you to check and email/fax/post back, with the deposit or full amount.   


You can pay a standard deposit of 10% or the full payment amount. You can pay by on-line bank transfer, personal cheques (in GBP Stirling or US Dollars) or by debit / credit card.

Terms & Conditions

Please note that it is important that you read our Terms & Conditions and sign the booking form at this stage. Upon receipt of your booking form and deposit we will send you confirmation of your booking. After this your deposit is non-refundable except in the special circumstances mentioned in the Terms & Conditions.

Looking After Your Money

Any bookings you make with Pelago Travel are fully protected and comply with the UK’s 1992 Package Travel Regulations through our membership of Protected Travel Services.

  • When you buy a holiday (or part of a holiday) all the money we collect from you is paid directly into an independently controlled trust account
  • As part of our booking confirmation we will provide you with a link to the PTS system which allows you to confirm your money in the trust account.
  • You have the peace of mind that your money is protected against the unlikely insolvency of Pelago Travel or any of our suppliers, from the time you make your first payment until after you have travelled
